Location and geographical Features

 

Description

The mound has been flattened due to agricultura activities. Near its eastern and western slopes is a dry waterbed belonging to Halep creek. Immediately to its west is a second mound, namely Çatalhöyük-West. It was registered officially in accordance with decision dated and numbered 29.08.1989 and 98 by the cultural anbd natural heritage preservation board of Adana.
