Survey Findings Very dominantly MBA pottery assemblage from Amuq Valley Regional Project. Syro-Cilician ware pitcher, bowl and unknown body sherds, Simple Ware pithos with flanged and grooved rim, carinated shallow bowl, globular jar, pithos with applied rope decoration and mineral tempered cookware are all strong indicators of MBA occupation of this settlement. Braidwood, the director of the previous survey project in the same region, only noted possible LBA for this site (1937).
