Survey Findings Very small amount of 2nd Millennium BC pottery assemblage from Amuq Valley Regional Project. Pithos and krater with flanged rim grooved at the top, carinated shallow bowl, globular jar, mineral tempered cookware with knob handle and Syro-Cilician hole mouth jar are all very typical of both earlier and later parts of MBA in the region. Braidwood, the director of the previous survey project in the same region, also noted possible MBA for this site (1937).
