Survey Findings Small amount of 2nd Millennium BC pottery assemblage from Amuq Valley Regional Project. High foot base is typical of MBA, however, its being mineral tempered cookware is unusual. Other than this, the mineral tempered cookpot fragments and the pithos with flanged rim grooved at the top is very typical of both earlier and later parts of the MBA. Braidwood, the director of the previous survey project in the same region, also noted MBA for this site (1937).
