Survey Findings Fair amount of 2nd Millennium BC pottery assemblage from Amuq Valley Regional Project. Mineral tempered cookware, pithos fragment with applied rope decoration, body sherds with wavy and/or straight comb incised decoration, globular jar and globular pithos and Syro-Cilician Ware bowl fragments are all strong implications of possible MBA occupation at this site. Braidwood, the director of the previous survey project in the same region, also noted MBA for this site (1937).
