Survey Findings Large amount of 2nd Millennium BC pottery assemblage from Amuq Valley Regional Project. MBA types are more dominant; there is only 1 LBA sherd (plate with red band decoration on the rim). MBA diagnostics are krater with comb incised decoration and flanged rim grooved at the top, mineral tempered cookware, globular jar, carinated shallow bowl and shallow bowl with hook rim. Braidwood, the director of the previous survey project in the same region, noted only MBA for this site (1937).
