Location and geographical Features

The mound is on a natural gypsum hill, that is located on the North plateau opening towards the Halys basin. The bedrock is visible on the east, North and West slopes. It is one of the largest mounds in the region. The North slopes are quite steep. A large illegal dig pit draws attention. The east slopes were trimmed for field tracks.
